Hoosiers with a passion for gourmet sauce
Completely owned and operated by husband and wife, Chad and Emily.
The first question people always have is where our name came from. You can thank our wonderful niece, Ellie, who decided Chad was too hard to say as she was learning to talk, and christened him Uncle Juice instead. No one has a clue where she made that connection, but it stuck, and she still occasionally calls him that even though she knows his real name.

The second question is usually about how spicy our sauce is and why we started making it. Funnily enough, what really ignited our passion for hot sauce is the Youtube series Hot Ones. It's an interview show where the guests and host eat progressively hotter wings as the questions continue.
We started seeking out more craft and small batch sauces, and determined most store bought sauces just don't have very high of a spice level. While there are some great ones on the market at most stores, our passion was to create an amazing small batch sauce that pushed that spice level just enough, while maintaining an excellent flavor. A big factor in accomplishing this is to use bold flavors unique to Indiana, such as local tomatoes.

We started testing recipes in 2020, and developed our first flavor, Flame Seeker, which checked all the boxes we wanted in a sauce. With our customer base growing, and our ideas for new flavors and products blossoming, it was time to set up a website for online ordering and increased visibility.
